1. Return Policy for items Purchased Online:
A. Return Period:
Return your item anytime from the date you received your item(s) within 20 days in original condition.
All product return request must have an RMA number. To obtain the RMA number, please call our customer service at 1-800-774-2806.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice, and the RMA number written on the mailing label and on the box.
Missing or incorrect RMA number and product serial number(s) may result in a delayed process or a rejection of request.
If you return an item that is defective, is not the item you ordered, or was damaged in shipping, you will receive a store credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item by phone 1-800- 774-2806 or e-mail us at email@example.com
Be sure to clearly mark the RMA number at the outside of the box and enclosed the proof of purchase (invoice). Otherwise, your return will be refused; shipping collected or COD returns will also be refused.
B. Defective or incorrect items:
If your order was defective or incorrect please contact us within 3 days from the date the order was received by phone 1-800- 774-2806 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You can return or exchange purchases within 20 days from the date you received your purchases.
D. Restocking Fee:
Any returned or exchanged must be approved by Global Electronic Systems Inc. All items after return period for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee if Global Electronic Services Inc. accepts returned merchandise. Global Electronic Systems Inc. may refuse your return request.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original payment method. Refund will take 10-15 business days after you returned items.
F. Damaged by shipping :
It is important that you inspect the product before you accept it from the carrier. Any damaged product should be refused at the time of delivery .Please report us within 24hours from the date the order was received by phone 1-800- 774-2806 or e-mail us at email@example.com .
Once you accept the product from the carrier and failure to report, it becomes your responsibility and may result in the revoke of the RMA right of such damaged products.
G. Non-Refundable items:
· Items that have been damaged through customer used or abused.
· Damage resulting from the use of our product in a manner for which it was not intended.
· Normal wear or cosmetic damage or other damage that does not affect functionality.
· Customer altered modified or removed serial numbers.
· Any loss or damage caused by intentional or accidental conduct, falls, dropping, impacts, immersion in liquid, spilled liquid, power surges and natural disaster such as flood, earthquake, wind, fire & lightening.
· All Software.
· Special order items.

H. Cancelling an order
You can cancel within one hour of when you submitted your order.
A. All products sold by Global Electronic Systems INC. are covered by our limited Warranty. All products have ONE YEAR Manufacturer Warranty from date of purchase. Any products that are NOT covered by one year warranty policy are as written on the invoice. Warranty will be VOIDED if the original serial number on the product is removed or altered in any way.
B. Global Electronic Systems are not responsible for any damage and non-functionality
C. Service and Support
Global Electronic Systems Inc. will provide technical support for products at no additional charge for 45 days from the date of purchase.

3. Sales Tax Policy:
Global Electronic Systems Inc. is legally required to collect sales tax on merchandise you order, the tax amount will be added automatically to your purchase price.
Products placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped after one day processing. It will take three to eight (3 to 8) business days.
5. Order Validating & Limitations:
After you submit an order using our shopping cart, we will check your order for validity, and/or limit quantities, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject your order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will notify you by using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.

Coupon cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, deleted or if you cancel or return your purchase. The value of coupon is not refunded if you return your purchase. Coupons must be used by individual who is issued for.

The reward program is a free program that lets you take advantage to earn points. By spending any $1 you will earn 1 point and we will send you a reward coupon which can be used on your future purchases.
